The pressure of the airline used in the fabrication area was approximately 90 p.s.i. This condition exposed employees to an embolism.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) Colorado Custom Stone, Inc., 1450 Grove St., Denver, CO 80204: On or before 1/18/12, the employer did not ensure portable fire extinguishers were subjected to an annual maintenance check in that the fire extinguishers in the fabrication area were last inspected in August 2010. This condition exposed the employees to a fire hazard.
