29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a)	Woodleys Fine Furniture at 320 S. Sunset St., Longmont, CO 80501:  On and before December 13, 2011 the employer did not ensure that the Ritter boring machine, model # R8043,  was provided with a guard to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by the point of operation.  This condition exposed the employees to injuries caused by unprotected point of operation associated with the drill bits, pneumatic plunger, and material being worked on.
