29 CFR 1926.300(a): Condition of tools. All hand and power tools and similar equipment, whether furnished by the employer or the employee, were not maintained in a safe condition.      a)    Worksite-Exterior - Employees were using a Husqvarna Masonry Saw, model K300 and serial #968376401, to cut brick.  The outer insulation on the cord was taped and cut in several places on or about 01/18/12.                    Darius Masonry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, its equivalent, or essentially similiar standard 29 CFR 1926.300(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315040899 citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 02/04/2011 and became final order on 02/23/11.
