29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: a) Worksite - Employees use materials such as Essroc Type N Mortar to install concrete block. The product contains Portland Cement and safety data sheets were not available; on or about 8/16/2016. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. Darius Masonry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107749, citation number 3, item number 1 b and was affirmed as a final order on 5/12/16, with respect to a workplace located at 39 Brentwood Rd. Bay Shore NY, 11706.
