Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) On or about 1/20/2012, Riley Make Up Tank: An employee working on a roof, with a less than 1 on 4 pitch was not utilizing any form of fall protection. Abatement certification is required for this item.
