29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i):     The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es)    The point of operation could be reached on the following mechanical power presses:       a. Rousselle 60 Ton, Tray Notcher Press, the operator could reach into the point of operation while feeding the press as the machine was not equipped with a guard.       b. Rockford 40 Ton, Caster Channel Punch, the point of operation could be reached as there was a 4 inch opening under the guard.       c. Walsh 40 Ton, Right Door Outer, the point of operation could be reached around both the left and right sides of the guard.       d. Loshbourg 30 Ton, Right Door Inner Handle, the point of operation could be reached over the guard.       e. Rockford 20 Ton, Right Door Inner Plunger, the point of operation could be reached around the sides and through corners of the guard.       f. Walsh 40 Ton, Angle Notcher, the point of operation could be reached over the top of the guard.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
