29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(v)(a):     Each two-hand control for single stroke operations on mechanical power press(es) using part revolution clutches was not arranged by design, construction and/or separation so that the concurrent use of both hands was required:     Cabinets Building - On the Walsh 20 ton mechanical power press, Latch Rod, the controls were not separated so that the use of both hands was required. The controls were approximately 15 inches apart and an employee could use their elbow and fingers of one hand to activate the press.        Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
