29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2):     Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million:    On or about January 30, 2012, workers at the Millard Refrigerated Services, Inc., facility located in Geneva, Illinois, were exposed to carbon monoxide at the following levels:    a.  General Laborer, was exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average of 127.9 ppm, based upon percent carboxyhemoglobin measurements taken by medical response and hospital personnel.    b.  General Laborer, was exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average of 205.3 ppm, based upon percent carboxyhemoglobin measurements taken by medical response and hospital personnel.    THIS ITEM WAS CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.
