29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees attaching roof trusses at a height greater than six feet were doing so without fall protection. Quest Building Corporation, was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310766704, Citation Number 1, Item Number 5, Issued on 7/16/2008, and was affirmed final order on 7/31/2008, with respect to a workplace located at West End Properties, Verona, WI 53593.
