29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were working from a walking working surface with an unprotected side at a height greater than 6 feet with no fall protection. The Quest Building Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection 310766704, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2008, with respect to workplace located at West End Properties, Verona, WI 53593.
