29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:    a) Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 24 feet to the ground below while performing masonry work from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform without guardrails along open sides and ends.    Americas Best Masonry, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315419937, citation 1, item number 2, issued on June 30, 2011, and was affirmed as a final order on or about September 27, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 22080 N. Greenmeadow Drive, Kildeer, Illinois.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
