29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 2211 1st Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ: Employee was not utilizing fall protection when preforming roofing activities from heights greater than 6 feet from the ground level. The employee was working at a height from the ground level ranging from approximately 9 feet to the eave of the residential structure, observed on or about 2/8/12.
