29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Roof Surface: Employee engaged in the installation of solar panels was working without means of fall protection; thereby, exposing him to a fall hazard approximately ranging from 22' to 25' to lower level, on or about 1/9/2014. ROOF DIAGNOSTICS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 191353, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 4/16/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2211 1ST AVENUE, SPRING LAKE, NJ.
