29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: On or about February 9, 2012, at a jobsite located at 5920 S. Albany Avenue, Chicago, IL - Employees working on the ground beneath roofing work from fallings materials were not protected by the use of hard hats, thereby exposing the employees to struck by hazards.
