29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a. Hangar 810 - Noted on or about 2/21/12, an unlabeled exit door on the east facing wall. Some Velcro on the door indicates that an exit sign had been placed here. The door is used daily and exits into the parking lot.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a. Bldg. 803, Sheet Metal Shop - Noted on or about 2/3/12, a Delta drill press did not have a guard at the point of operation.
