(a) On or about 02/23/12, at the new Country Max store under construction, located on 4097 Lakeville Road, in Geneseo, NY., a Porter Cable table saw was in use without a hood guard for the saw blade.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed inorder to minimize these hazards. (a) On or about 02/23/12, at the Country Max store under construction, located on 4097 Lakeville Road, in Geneseo, an employee working on an elevated platform (roof) had not received training in fall protection.
