Hanson Pipe & Precast - Haul Road Columbus, Ohio facility: As of and prior to February 21, 2012, the employer had not required the use of energy isolating devices when performing "rear change over" on two Cage Making machines (the 36 to 72 inch machine and the twelve to 36 inch machine.) Employees utilize an emergency stop and enter the area to change size settings through an interlocked door.
