29 CFR 1910.213(b)(3): Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure: Shop Area of Maintenance Building - On or about February 6, 2015, a Rigid table saw, Model TS2424, Serial Number 00019P0204, was not provided with a drop out type starter, or equivalent, to prevent the machine from restarting upon restoration of electrical power after a power source failure while the machine had been in operation.
