29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: F/V Blue North: On or about February 14, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series had not been offered to the medical responder onboard the vessel. This condition exposed employees to bloodborne diseases including hepatitis B.
