In the bag filling area, near packer station A, the plexiglass (plastic shield) used to protect employees from physical contact with the air actuated pinch tube was broken. The plexiglass was broken in the upper right hand corner and wrapped with gray duct tape.    2. In the bag filling area, near packer station B, the plexiglass (plastic shield) used to protect employees from physical contact with the air actuated pinch tube was broken (cracked). The plexiglass was broken in the middle and wrapped with gray duct tape.
