29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i):  Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors:    a/ SS Art/Union NJ Site - Plant Plate Making Area/Plate Wash Room :   A non-classified electric metall framed portable drop light was used to view a plate washing operation where Alcohol (Class 1B Flammable Liquid - Flash Point below 100 Deg.F) was used as the washing agent. The metal frame of the drop light became hot, igniting the Alcohol vapors.      Observed on/or about 2/29/2012.
