29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a. At the site, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while working on a roof. John Smith was perviously cited for a violaton of this occupatinal safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501 b 13), which was contained in OSHA inspection 313156408, citation number 1, item number, 2 and was affirmed as a final order date (May 21, 2010), with respect toa workplace located at 4581 Dunganon Dr, Grove City OH 43223.
