CFR 1926.501(b) (13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) The Best Workers @ 2202 A Street, Greeley, CO. On and before January 31, 2012, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by each employee engaged in re-roofing activities while working from a 4-in-12 pitch roof on a residential home. This condition exposed the employees to the hazard of falling up to 15 feet eave to ground.
