CFR 1926.501(b) (13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:   (a)  The Best Workers at 1435 Birch St. Denver, CO 80220: On and before 9/6/13, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by each employee engaged in re-roofing activities while working from a 7-in-12 pitch roof on a residential home. This condition exposed the employees to the hazard of falling up to 25 feet eave to ground.       The Best Workers was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 190451, Citation number 1, Item 1 issued on 3/7/12, and became Final Order on 3/30/12, with respect to a workplace located at 2223 A St., Greeley, CO 80631.     The Best Workers was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 243051, Citation number 1, Item 1 issued on 4/5/12, and became Final Order on 4/16/12, with respect to a workplace located at 2202 A St., Greeley, CO 80631.
