29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges six (6) feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a/ At the job site, employee(s) were removing pre-existing roofing material attached to a church. The slope measured approximately ten degrees from the horizontal or 1:2. The ground to eave height where the exposure occurred measured approximately 15 feet. No form of fall protection was in place. INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN THE OSHA INSPECTION 315550269, CITATION 1, ITEM 4, WHICH WAS ISSUED ON 05/11/11.
