29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):   Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  On or about 02/2/12 a relocatable power tap, 110 VAC, was located in the upper doghouse.  The power strip was used to energize the coffee pot in the dog house.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that listed or labeled equipment is used or installed in accordance with instructions in its listing or labeling.
