29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1):     The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used:      At the Urbanzcyk 1H well site located at 3452 FM 541 E in Wilson County, Texas on or about February 22, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not have material safety data sheets for employees who were using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, flammable International Thinner GTA415 (ethyl benzene; xylenes) and combustible Interlac 665 Signal White paint (ethyl benzene; titanium dioxide) for coating operations on equipment such as drilling rig components.
