29 CFR 1926.403(g): Marking. Electrical equipment shall not be used unless the manufacturer's name, trademark, or otherdescriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified is placed on the equipment and unless other markings areprovided giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. The marking shall be of sufficient durability to withstand the environmentinvolved. On or about 03/16/12, at the Hampton Inn under construction, located on Route 19 in Brockport, NY., electrical panels were in use without markings on the cover indicating voltage, wattage and ampere ratings. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
