29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(v): The building or facility owner did not post, at the entrance to a mechanical room or area in which employees reasonably could be expected to enter and which contained ACM and/or PACM, a sign which identified the material which is present, its location and the appropriate work practices: a) Ice Plant Room - Employees step on and work around the evaporator which is covered in insulation that contains asbestos. Warning signs were not posted at the entrance to the room; on or about 3/21/12. b) Room at the end of the Underground Tunnel Adjacent to Exhibition Hall - Electricians enter room to perform work such as running temporary wiring over pipes that are insulated with materials that contain asbestos. Warning signs were not posted at the entrance to the room; on or about 3/21/12. c) Catwalk Truss area - workers work on catwalk where they may inadvertantly come in contact with cords from Leko lights. Leko light cords were covered with asbestos containing material. Warning signs were not posted at the entrance to the area; on or about 3/21/12.
