29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: (a) On or about 03/23/2012 at 62 Remsen Avenue, Avenel, NJ 07001: Employees engaged in sheathing work on a 7/12 pitched roof with an eave height of approximately 21' was not using a fall protection system. Employees were wearing fall harnesses but were not connected to the life-line and anchor provided.
