29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At the jobsite, on or about 3/23/12: An employee was working on a roof structure at approximately 18 feet from ground without being provided training on the hazards associated with falls or the methods to protect himself from those hazards. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
