29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a) Establishment, on or about 3/28/2012: The outlet box on the floor near the main strapper was not fully closed exposing employees to shock, burn and trip hazards. b) Establishment, on or about 3/28/2012: The conduit elbow on the floor at the bottom of the 460 Volt Signode panel in the strapping area was not fully closed, missing the cover, exposing employees to shock and burn hazards.
