29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous and effective.    On or about February 29, 2012, Mabee Ranch #506 in Martin County TX, Stallion Oil Field Services Inc., did not ground the sewage portable potty properly. The sewage portable potty ground rod was barried 4 inches into the ground. This conditions did not allow a pemanent and cotinuous path to ground from circuits, equipment and enclosures.  Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards.
