Employees were exposed to cuts, lacerations, fractures, amputations while operating the following equipment: Fabrication Area 1) 1785 Bodymaker - Missing front and posterior guard. Abated 4/16/12. 2) 2082 Autopacker- Relocate interlock, safety switches to prevent employee access while in operation. Abated 3/30/12. 3) 1046 Trimmer- Blade cover was not fastened or secured to prevent access while in operation. Abated 4/4/12. 4) 1047 Trimmer- Blade cover was not fastened or secured to prevent access while in operation. Abated 4/4/12. 5) 2128 Waxer- Inadequate guarding along the belts. Additional guarding required to eliminate nip points. Abated 4/4/12. 6) 2582 Waxer- Inadequate guarding along the belts. Additional guarding required to eliminate nip points.
