29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective. On or about February 29, 2012, the mobile home trailer and two Port-a-potty sewer systems were not properly grounded to earth at the Latshaw Drilling Rig #13 drilling site.
