29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Class I liquids were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container electrically interconnected:    a) Mixing Room:  Solvents including isopropyl alcohol, toluene and methyl ethyl ketone were pumped from underground storage tanks to portable tanks and the fill pipes were not electrically interconnected; on or about 5/18/12.    b) Mixing Room:  Flammable coating chemicals including M70 (toluene, ispropyl alcohol) M71 (toluene, isopropyl alcohol) and 8125 (methyl ethyl ketone, toluene) were pumped from indoor above ground storage tanks to portable tanks and the fill pipes were not electrically interconnected to the portable tanks; on or about 5/18/12.    c) Mixing Room:  K7800 White Topcoat (toluene, isopropyl alcohol) was pumped from a tote tank to a portable tank and the fill pipe was not electrically interconnected to the portable tank; on or about 5/18/12.    d) Pump Room:  A flammable coating chemical (toluene, isopropyl alcohol) was being drained from an outlet pipe of a tote tank into an open pail without them being electrically interconnected; on or about 5/21/12.
