29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms where the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. On or about April 04, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet to the ground below working from a scaffold where only one end was attached to a forklift.
