29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  Jobsite:  The employer did not provide abatement verifications to the Bridgeport Area Office for Citation 1, Item 1 and Item 3 of Repeat-Serious type viiolations that were not contested and became final order on July 20, 2012.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):     The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l)    Jobsite:  The employee who was operating the Lull material handler was not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks.    New Conception Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313930836, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 02/04/2009 with respect to a workplace located at Gorham Road, Fairfield CT. and became a final order on 03/08/2010.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)  Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.    Jobsite:  The employees who were working on the second and third floors of the house under construction were not protected from fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet 11 inches by the use guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems.    New Conception Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313930836, citation number 01, item number 003, issued on 02/04/2009 with respect to a workplace located at Gorham Road, Fairfield CT. and became a final order on 03/08/2010.
