Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employees engaged in construction activities from the roof of the residence under construction were protected from fall hazards above six feet by the use of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems.      New Conception Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 329899, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, issued on 5/21/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 214 Seaside Dr., Stamford, CT and became a final order on 7/20/2012.
