The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:    On or about April 04, 2012 - OPE area -  An incorrect base was used on the knobber machine, creating a gap/pinch point, thus exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
