29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): The employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. Employees engaged in production activities using chemicals, including but not limited to stoddard solvent and patriot hydrashield, were not trained on the portion of the hazard communication program that explains the new labeling requirements and safety data sheets format.
