29 CFR 1910.111(c)(7): Damage from vehicles. Precaution shall be taken against damage to ammonia systems from vehicles: Employees working at the grain elevator and near the anhydrous ammonia tank were exposed to hazards associated with the release of anhydrous ammonia. The tank and piping to the nurse tank filling stand were not protected from vehicle traffic.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures. Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations shall be installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures and shall be mounted so there is at least 6.35-mm (0.25-in.) airspace between the enclosure and the wall or other supporting surface: Employees operating electrical equipment near the outside truck dump were exposed to electrical shock hazards. The covers to prevent moisture from getting into the 120 volt AC electrical outlet were broken off.
