29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:        a) In the Quality Lab firing range, on or about 5/30/12: Desks in the firing range area, which contained accumulations of lead, were not maintained as free as practicable of lead accumulation, as they were cleaned on a weekly basis.           Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.       The employer was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312374515, Citation Number 1, Item 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/25/10 with respect to a workplace located at Routes 5 & 20, East Bloomfield, NY 14443.
