29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) On or about April 11, 2012 at 67825 Long Av, Montgomery, Al: The employer failed to ensure employees working below a ladder jack scaffold and passing material up to the scaffold worker wore a hard hat which exposed them to the hazards associated with material falling and hitting them.
