Montgomery, Alabama: On or about October 11, 2016 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employees to work from a job made scaffold located on a roof top with a walk board that only measured 12 inches wide exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 11 feet to the roof below and 21 feet 8 inches to the ground if the employee fell all the way to the ground.

Montgomery, Alabama: On or about October 11, 2016 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employees to work from a job made scaffold located on a roof top without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 11 feet to the roof below and 21 feet 8 inches to the ground if the employee fell all the way to the ground. THE CORNICE UNLIMITED WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(G)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 387062, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 13, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 67825 LONG AVE., MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA.
