29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) Building second floor - On or about 13 April 2012 - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard when the self supporting step ladder was not used in accordance with the design of the ladder. Ladder was located on the porch roof and was leaning against the house, not open, while employees used it to install facia boards.
