29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):     Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position.    a)  On March 29, 2012 at the job site located at 22749 Highway T in Sedalia, MO (Tyson Feed Mill), an employee was exposed to a fall from height hazard of approximately 34' in that the employee climbed onto and stood on the midrail of the Haulotte aerial lift to gain access to the back side of a piece of structural steel for welding.    Abatement certification is not required for this violation.
