29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a) Warehouse - The double doors located on the North side of the facility leading to an enclosed propane storage area was not labeled "Not an Exit", thereby, exposing employees to fire/explosion hazards on or before October 27, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Warehouse - Employees working with corrosive liquids such as ethanolamine were not provided a eye flushing station within the immediate work area, thereby exposing employees to chemical burns of the eye on or before October 27, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
