29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: On or about April 4, 2012, and there prior to, the fire extinguisher located on Bennett Lease, Well #1, Quail Well Service Rig #RE1, 12 miles N. of Merkel was not maintained in a fully charged and operational condition. This condition exposed the employees to fire a hazard.
