Such tools shall not be in lieu of other guarding required by this section, but can only be used to supplement protection provided.    Boning room - On or about April 18, 2012, employee(s) were required to hand-feed meat into a rotating saw blade. Special handtools such as, but not limited to a "Pusher" was not used to permit safe handling of the meat without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. Employee(s) were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with rotating saw blades.
